We only collect information about you to enable us to respond to enquiries you have made.

We will keep your information relating to your enquiry securely and with other Council records.
Unless required by other legislation, we would generally keep information for the duration of the matter that you have enquired about.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please contact us. We will respond to your request within one month.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think it is inaccurate.
